Because of the nature of Ray’s task, our group process has changed. We have to work more cohesively together in order to do what needs to be done to complete the task. Where as before we would divide responsibilities and then combine said responsibilities to complete the task, now we have to do just about everything together and at the same time in order to make sure we’re doing it right. There’s really not much more to be said about what has changed, and there really won’t be until we finish the task.
